Don't miss visiting Dishoom if you happen to be in London. They are an excellent Bombay-style cafe that features very good food and excellent service. It is of course gimmicky and leverages the new interest in innovating Indian cuisine but a tourist should have nothing to complain. Compare it to the pathetic state of Indian cuisine in the New York area. Every restaurant not only seems to serve the same menu but it seems even the same servers.
