It's always been greek to me and I really hope the kids fare better at it. 

The kids go to a math class outside of school to learn in a highly regimented style that is a throwback to our childhood. Perhaps the reason why my 21st century kids struggle with the approach. However, something tells me it will do them good.

(Oh and that Math vs. Maths thing? Just don't worry about it. Just as complicated as math or maths)
