Arrival, Dead On

Its dead on Arrival. A deeply dishonest film about some alien mumbo jumbo pretending to be something different than what it really is - a bastard child of earlier craps Interstellar and Tree of Life. The type of highfalutin crap always seems to get critics all giddy but rotten omatoes? Why you fail me?

(and why do these movies always mumble? cannot hear a thing over the bizarre space music. Why is space music always so bad?)

Louise learns alien language and suddenly - just by learning the language she can see time nonlinearly and save the world. Somehow.

Alice always has reliable answers though.

“Alice sighed wearily. `I think you might do something better with the time,' she said, `than waste it in asking riddles that have no answers.'
`If you knew Time as well as I do,' said the Hatter, `you wouldn't talk about wasting it. It's him.'
