Suddenly
Suddenly is a small town somewhere in midwest America. The president of the country decides to make a campaign stop at Suddenly. Frank Sinatra leads a team of men who want to assasinate him.
This premise makes for an interesting theme and the movie does live up to it. The plot however, is not well matured. There are clear holes in the film and some of the assumptions are ill formed. However, the dialog between Sinatra and the family in the house (that he wants to use as his perch for shooting) is very interesting. It is mostly about the psychological impact of the war. How it helps make people overcome their fear of murder.
Mr. Sinatra does a good job in a role that clearly suites him. He is energetic and lives the part nicely.
