We went to Ikea first time with the baby and I am so impressed at how kid-friendly they are. Apart from the usual changing station they have microwaves and bottle warmers and even free bibs. Not that we would get from them but I even saw free diapers.

Cheap -- you can get a full meal for two for under $10 and simple -- the menu has a handful of items. The simplicity is important.
