For the first time yesterday I took decent shots of the famous Macy's 4th of July fireworks. Though I've watched them and even snapped some shots over the years, I've never really had access to them in clear view. The photos came out decent even though the fireworks were really quite a way away. I am in Jersey at the bank of the Hudson river and the fireworks happen on the East River across the city.
