Puja is really fond of Sitaphal (or Custard-apple if you so prefer.) We were in India in January and so it wasn't the right season for this amazing fruit. However, Puja's parents got their relatives in a small town near Indore to send unripe fruit to them a week before our arrival and they then packed them in newspapers and stored them in a dark place to give the fruit the temperature it needs to ripen.

We both enjoyed the fruit when we were in New Delhi. However, what I really liked was the amazing Chekoo shake that Puja's mom made for me. I had it after a long time and had almost forgotten how good it tastes.
