Akshra loves to wear Indian outfits. Yes, not clothes but elaborate outfits. I am not sure at 3 years how would one know what an outfit is let alone an Indian outfit. I am not sure I knew anything about anything when I was 3.  She knows (or at least she thinks she does) about everything, of course. Once she puts on an outfit of her choice she likes to stick with it.
