Not that we needed another project to crowd our already busy lives but it seemed like we had to start something in the new year that would keep us excited throughout the year. So, we decided on a project to make and photograph 50 vegetarian dishes in 2010.

The storyboard above is for the first in the series. If I may say so myself, the result was impressive and I am not talking about the photos, of course!
