Qutb Minar is a fascinating structure. It is anywhere from 600 to 800 years old. It is gorgeous and after all these years - it is still quite tall. At 240-feet, it is about 60-feet shorter than lady liberty and still one of the largest such minars in India.
We were fortunate to visit last year with the kids who were quite fascinated by the ancient structures around it. The photo above is a compromise. I wanted a rather boring composition of their full portrait with the tower in the background. They wanted a rather daring composition of only their eyes with the tower in the background. So we settled at this.
This is from week #265 of the 300-week photo project.
