I know we will all soon miss this beautiful winter. If warmer weather, spring flowers and general sense of well-being gets you down then fret not. There is Alto's Adventure. A new, brilliant, beautiful endless snowboarding game that will put you right back into the middle of a gorgeous winter landscape. You will get to board down snow covered mountain-scapes, catch some llamas, collect some coins, play some tricks and have, in general, incredible fun. The graphics are wonderful and you play through the day and night on a continuously changing, if somewhat repetitive landscape. It reminds one of Tiny Wings in some sense but provides a more grown-up game experience - though my kids love it as well.

There is a lot happening in Alto's endless maps. There are lots of landscapes, lots of seasons, lots of characters and hazards and lots of ways to crash. iMore has an excellent article highlighting all the tips and tricks.

Alto's Adventure has no in-app purchase and you buy it straight out for $2. and this is the most fun you will ever have for 2 dollars (because Monument Valley costs $4!)
