Potatoe Duaphinoise [3 of 50]

This is the 3rd dish in our 50 dish project. Potatoe Dauphinoie is mostly a carb fest. You make it with Potatoes, milk and cream and butter and spices. That's it. You bake it and there you have it. It did turn out better than I was thinking.
