When you take your kid to work to New York City and happen to pass by the most photographed building in the World, The Flatiron Building, it only makes sense to click a jump shot.
This photo is interesting -- in the sense that even though I used a very wide lens I still couldn't get the entire Flatiron building in the shot that had the right jump. However, I had another shot that had the full building so I stitched the two together using Photoshop. Small wonders of modern technology. People can do amazing things with photoshop but I am always amazed by some simple things that go such a long way.
