Medieval Myths & Mysteries [2024, book #4]

The 4th book I read (or this one I actually listened to) in 2024 was ‘Medieval Myths & Mysteries’ by Dorsey Armstrong, a professor at University of Purdue. This is technically a lecture series featuring 10 different topics such as King Arthur, Knights Templar, Black Death, that define Europe between years 500 and 1,500. I really enjoyed this audiobook narrated with engagement and humor by the author. My favorite was the last chapter that explores medieval influences (such as War of the Roses and Mongols) on A Game of Thrones.
